Ingredients: 

  • 400 ml water
  • 100 ml strong espresso                   
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract                    
  • 30 g cane sugar
  • 80 ml of whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons of caramel condensed milk               
  • ground cinnamon for sprinkling

Procedure:

  1. Put the water, coffee, vanilla extract and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer over a very low heat, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute. Set the flavored coffee aside and keep warm.
  1. Pour the cream into a bowl and whisk until stiff. Then add the caramel milk and mix gently.
  1. Divide the coffee into glasses, garnish with caramel whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
