Personnel policy

Employees are a key factor in the stability and performance growth of a company. The company prefers employees who are willing to combine their personal perspective with its perspective. Therefore, we care about the satisfaction and motivation of our employees and the continuous improvement of their qualifications and competences in order to achieve the company's goals. The loyalty of our employees results in their acceptance of responsibility for the company while at the same time increasing their flexibility and willingness to make positive changes. We favour teamwork while creating space for the development of individual abilities. We use all HR tools to promote ourselves and regularly incorporate them into our staffing plans. As part of the HR policy:

To achieve the company’s goals, we plan and provide the necessary number of employees with the required knowledge, skills, competencies and flexibility in a timely manner. We organize and encourage the improvement movement.

We respond to the continuous process of changes in external business conditions by continuously optimising the company’s organisational structure with the aim of clearly setting responsibilities and authorities for improving mutual communication, process management and a pro-customer approach.

We plan and implement training and development of employees in order to develop their competencies according to the increasing demands of customers and company goals. We use the support of modern information and communication technologies and progressive teaching methods to make the development of competences more effective.

We cooperate with schools, we have established a system of cooperation with students and pupils of primary, secondary and higher schools. We offer elementary school students the possibility of an interest group, secondary and university students a glimpse into business processes in the form of professional practice and the possibility of preparing theses according to proposed topics.
