Ingredients: 

  • 150 g broccoli
  • 150 g baby carrots
  • 150 g Brussels sprouts
  • 300 g fresh salmon
  • salt
  • crushed red pepper
  • 2 slices of butter
  • sprigs of dill for garnish
  • lemon slices for serving

Procedure:

  1. Wash the broccoli and divide into individual florets. Peel the carrots and cut them in half lengthwise. Clean the cabbage and cut in half.
  1. Cut the salmon into two equal sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper and place in the pan. Spread the vegetables around the meat. Pour a little water over the salmon and put a slice of butter on each piece.
  1. Cover with a pyramid lid and poach on low heat for about 20 minutes. Garnish with dill and serve with lemon slices.
