Ingredients:
- 150 g broccoli
- 150 g baby carrots
- 150 g Brussels sprouts
- 300 g fresh salmon
- salt
- crushed red pepper
- 2 slices of butter
- sprigs of dill for garnish
- lemon slices for serving
Procedure:
- Wash the broccoli and divide into individual florets. Peel the carrots and cut them in half lengthwise. Clean the cabbage and cut in half.
- Cut the salmon into two equal sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper and place in the pan. Spread the vegetables around the meat. Pour a little water over the salmon and put a slice of butter on each piece.
- Cover with a pyramid lid and poach on low heat for about 20 minutes. Garnish with dill and serve with lemon slices.
